The World around us often appears quite different and more wondrous if we slow down and observe. My mission is to try and freeze those moments in time and using photographic techniques, tell the broader story of what is there and to transport the viewer to that special, sometimes magical place.

Nature captures me. My style is “Abstract Realism” which explores the intersection of realism and abstraction to create intriguing compositions. My paintings are organic and energetic, with free-flowing shapes and lines, but are based on concepts and feelings derived from nature.

PMy artwork varies in subject matter as well as the mediums I use. However, my favorite medium is watercolor.

My works are visual “memoirs” of people, places, and things I encounter that leave an impression on me. My art is influenced by my interests in music, pattern, and the theatre.
